How much are your homes at Eastlands Park?

We have 8 different house styles to choose from at a range of prices, with type H the Islay townhouses priced from £175k, to type D the Skye, 3-storey split-level detached villas priced from £280k.

I'd like to have some customised fittings, is this possible?

Yes, we are happy to accommodate any special requirements you may have. However, it will be more practicable and economical for these to be attended to at an early construction stage, so please let us know as soon as you can, even for advice. As standard, if bought off-plan, customers can choose the kitchen, doors, tiles etc.

Does my home come with a guarantee?

Yes, we are members of the National House-Building Council and your home will come with a 10-year NHBC Buildmark Guarantee.

How can I be assured of your quality control?

The Bute Homes workforce is based locally and every employee has been handpicked for their ability, commitment and pride in what they do. We have a long-standing reputation for customer satisfaction and the company owner is actively involved every day, personally supervising all aspects of the development.

Our exacting standards in quality control also include us manufacturing our own timber frame kits, from the computerised design stage to the finished product. And we bulk purchase renders and mortars in 30-tonne batches to ensure consistency throughout the development.

Have the homes been designed for easy maintenance?

Yes. We'd like you to be able to spend more time enjoying your home than maintaining it. Even the roof dormers have been specified to be maintenance-free. They are built from GRP glass-reinforced plastic using a marine-grade finish. All other external windows, fascias and soffits are made from high-grade pvc, giving you maintenance-free peace of mind and low-cost upkeep.

What's your policy on the environment?

Wherever possible we have retained the natural woodland, and also planted a further sixty trees and many hundreds of metres of shrubs and hedging. All the homes have high-efficiency, gas condensing boilers, using an unvented mains pressured hot water system.

Do the homes have septic tanks or main sewer connections?

All the homes at Eastlands Park are connected to the main sewer.

What allowances have been made for disabled access?

The homes at Eastlands Park all meet the new Lifetime Living policies and disabled access is standard with all the properties.

What provision is there for parking?

All properties provide minimum parking for two vehicles, and some could comfortably take four off-street.

Will my garden be landscaped?

All gardens come fully landscaped and have an agreed landscape design. All communal areas of the development are to be maintained through a factor, shared by all residents.

How is the roof clad?

The roof tiles are manufactured by Marley Roofing, using the latest cement resin technology, all fixed with marine grade stainless steel nails and clips.
